Mini-Circuits Israel, an electronics manufacturing factory, is seeking a Senior Windows PC Administrator for a full-time position.
Business hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:30 to 16:35, located in Kiryat Bialik.
Willingness to work additional hours is required.
Role Description:
• Manage and maintain the Windows PC environment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and applications.
• Implement and maintain Group Policies to enforce security and compliance standards.
• Provide senior-level support to end-users, resolving escalated technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to integrate Windows systems with the overall network infrastructure.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Analyze security reports and take proactive measures to fix identified security issues.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and best practices, implementing security measures accordingly.

• Five or more years of experience as a Windows PC administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and AWS cloud services - benefit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE.
• Familiarity with security tools and methodologies.
• High English proficiency.
