Manage and monitor digital campaigns on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.. Create, write, and edit marketing content for digital platforms.. Implement AI tools and automation to optimize marketing activities.. Build and manage the annual marketing budget and meet targets.. Organize exhibitions and photo shoots, including managing operations in English.. Maintain, upgrade, and enhance company websites.. Strengthen the brand in relevant content areas.. Handle quotes and manage subcontractors in marketing and sales promotion.. Conduct relevant market research.. Support the management of new client portfolios.

Experience organizing exhibitions – mandatory!
Experience in setting up and maintaining digital marketing systems and social media.
High-level English – mandatory!
Proven experience in a similar role (2+ years) – mandatory!
Professional experience with graphic design software.
Relevant academic degree.
Advantage: Military operational experience or a support role in weapon systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Experience working with analytical tools and tracking marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics).
Willingness to travel abroad (2-3 times a year).
Experience working with clients in Europe and the U.S.
