A cyber security company in Raanana is looking for a talented and motivated Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, identifying solutions, and delivering outstanding service to their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote Tier 3 support for embedded information security solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally to maximize client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with client IT and information security teams to build strong relationships and meet their specific needs.
- Gain a deep understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers to offer expert guidance and support.

- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional support and build positive relationships.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Advantageous: Experience working with large organisations or enterprises.
