Frontend Team Leader with a strong background in building modern web applications using React.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance, and scalable web applications using React.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Ensure code quality and best practices by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Drive the architecture and design decisions for the frontend stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in frontend development and React ecosystem.
- Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance the productivity and quality of the team.
- Manage the deployment of frontend applications and work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD processes.
- Address and resolve technical challenges in real-time, guiding the team through complex problem-solving scenarios.

- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring a team of developers.
- Extensive experience with React and its core principles, including React hooks, context API, and state management.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with modern frontend build tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience in integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with TypeScript and its integration into React applications.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries, with experience in implementing them in large-scale applications.
- Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG) and experience in building accessible web applications.
- Experience with building web-page-centered mobile applications for iOS and Android
