Maintenance: Responsible for machine and system performance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, planning, and documentation.
SOP Compliance: Ensure maintenance and engineering operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Deviation Management: Document and investigate any operational deviations, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
Change Management: Oversee changes to equipment and systems, following change control procedures and cGMP guidelines.
Asset Management: Manage machines, systems, and premises to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
Inventory and Contractors: Manage spare parts and supervise contractors for maintenance.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop maintenance teams, ensuring high standards and team welfare.
Training: Ensure staff receive appropriate training and qualifications.
