Job description
The Online Retail Sales Manager drives significant growth by managing key online retail accounts (eTailers), and reports to the Vice President of Global Retail & Distribution.
• Position title- Online Retail Sales Manager.
• Develop strong business relationships with buyers and marketing teams at international online retail partners (key account management).
• Prepare and execute marketing and promotion plans in collaboration with online retail partners.
• Establish and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) and brand stores on international online retail platforms.
• Analyze commercial and eCommerce data (KPIs) to generate insights and actionable conclusions that drive growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with online retail partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine strategy.

• At least one year of international experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Extremely driven and goal-oriented.
• Strong learning abilities and passion for learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and adjust plans dynamically to meet changing business needs.
• At least one year of international experience in a relevant role.
