+ Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions using .NET, C#, and C++
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables
+ Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and establish best practices to maintain high coding standards
+ Drive innovation by solving complex technical problems and optimizing system performance and reliability
+ Ensure the development and deployment of mission-critical systems, meeting performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
+ Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and balance competing demands to meet business objectives

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building critical systems
