Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and organize calendars and meeting schedules efficiently.
Arrange and oversee travel and accommodation logistics.
Prepare and format professional communications, including meeting notes, reports, memos, and presentations.

Project management in a global company / Office management in the military / HR roles or operations management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent English at a native level.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Demonstrates high professional ethics and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive and creative individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
