תיאור המשרה:
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of production and packaging machinery.
- Manage the maintenance team.
- Responsible for repairing ongoing production and packaging issues.
- Provide maintenance services to all organizational departments.
- Manage and document maintenance records, including corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Ongoing maintenance of production and packaging machinery and plant infrastructure systems, including electricity, HVAC, chillers, ventilation, steam boilers, and building maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance team.

דרישות המשרה:
- At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance manager at an industrial plant.
- Proven experience in managing a team of employees.
- 3 years of experience in a food/pharma plant - an advantage.
- Knowledge in mechanics and pneumatics of packaging machines - an advantage (if worked in an industrial plant, likely has experience in most aspects).
- Background in HVAC, steam, packaging, and production machines - an advantage (if worked in an industrial plant, likely has experience in most aspects).
- Willingness for physical work.
- Proven experience in managing a team of employees.
- 3 years of experience in a food/pharma plant - an advantage.
