תיאור המשרה:
Maytronics is a global company, a world leader in the pool cleaner’s industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our product team. In this role, you will assist in product testing, benchmarking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for product acceptance test from the customers’ perspective.
Build product acceptance tests roadmaps and workplans.
Create test scenarios and summarize result.
Analyze customer feedback and field performance data.
Present test results and recommendations to different stakeholders.
Collaborate with QA & QC teams.
Support the team’s Beta & Roadshow tests.
Assist with market research.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and user needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems (preferred).
1-3 years of experience with multidisciplinary products – an advantage.
Experience with IoT technology – an advantage.
Skills:
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to independently create a working schedule and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits field tests.
Passion for technology and innovative solutions.
