Technical Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced TPM - Technical Product Manager to join our CTO Infrastructure Team. This role involves leading complex, cross-functional projects while driving product development and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate roadmap, milestones, and priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage interdependencies and resolve blockers affecting program execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
Escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations.
Track project progress using KPIs and milestones.
Deliver concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined.
Align product strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Partner with engineering teams for informed decisions on architecture and implementation.
Balance technical constraints with business goals for optimal solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or product ownership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
• Large experience in E2E project management including develop of schedules, budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and tools.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Past experience as a software developer is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- an advantage.
• Strong background in system analysis with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in enterprise environments, including working with large-scale systems and organizational structures.
• Proven experience in gathering and converting internal customer requirements into working solutions for large enterprises.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
