Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Relationship Building:
- Meet with Healthcare Providers: Engage with healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, and medical practices, to present and sell our state-of-the-art medical devices.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective buyers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Account Management: Maintain and service existing accounts with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our devices and equipment.
- Educational Visits: Provide up-to-date information on our products during in-person visits with healthcare professionals.
- Live Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of our devices to potential buyers, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Reporting and Complaint Handling:
- Timely Reporting: Complete and submit required reports promptly, documenting sales activities and customer interactions.
- Customer Service: Handle complaints and inquiries according to established procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
