We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our engineering and manufacturing team and lead cross-functional projects in the development and production of stabilized cameras for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This role involves managing multidisciplinary projects that integrate mechanics, electronics, and optics, ensuring successful execution from concept to production while meeting technical, budgetary, and scheduling goals.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering projects related to the development and manufacturing of stabilized camera systems for UAVs.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, and optical engineering teams, as well as production, procurement, and quality assurance.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring timely execution.
• Identify risks, and drive problem-solving processes.
• Manage collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize manufacturing workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or related field) – Required.
• 2 years of experience in project management within an engineering/manufacturing environment – Required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving mechanics, electronics, and optics – Advantage.
• Strong background in working with suppliers, contractors, and production teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Excel, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High-level English – Required.
