We are looking for a junior-mid level Account Manager to join our international B2B team. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with international clients in account management, customer success, or sales support – preferably in the pharma, medical devices, or life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main operational point of contact for designated international clients.
Coordinate internally between supply chain, QA, production, and finance to support customer needs.
Track and follow up on ongoing projects and post-sales activities.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Maintain updated records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
